Summary:

Our staff was pleasantly surprised with this new diet shake called Evolv. For starters, like all our top shakes, Evolv is soy-free and leverages whey and pea protein which are a great start to any foundation. It seems a lot of these new comers are eliminating soy from their blends due to all the controversy that comes with soy. Although this approach is more expensive, we think well worth your health.

Additionally, Evolv offers a proven appetite suppressants called Mod Carb™, a combination of fiber and grains which is a great natural way to curb your hunger. Evolv does not cut any corners in the health department and uses natural stevia leaf extract to sweeten their blend.  As we have discussed stevia is an all natural sweetener that has no know side effects; unlike sucralose, maltodextrin and aspartame, it also cost much more.  All in all, Evolv offers up a solid soy-free, artificial ingredient-free shake which is why it’s in our top three selections.

Was referred by a friend to this brnad and to be honest I will never let a friend advise me on their Mulit Level product of the week again. The product taste ok but I have found other much stronger full whey based products available.

I love the taste of Evolv but have found lots of fillers and more importantly soy in the base… I am a bit more weary in ingredients after reading the soy alerts.

      Hi Kate,
Pretty much all shake’s contain a form a soy know as lecithin. Soy lecithin is basically the result of lecithination and or turning a shake into powder form. It’s not the same as soy protein and usually in very small and or trace amounts making it harmless…many studies conclude this form is safe. Regardless labels (because some folks have allergies to even these trace amounts) need to disclose this even if they do not use soy as the core proteins.
