Summary:

The first two ingredients in the Right Size Smoothie are soy protein isolate and fructose. In our opinion, RightSize should understand that soy has been linked a wide array of negative health effects and should choose a superior protein for their shakes like whey. Read our article on the dangers of soy for more information. Plus, soy is not absorbed and utilized well by the body compared to whey (the Biological Value (BV) of soy is only 74, compared to whey’s 104BV).

In terms of fructose as their second ingredient. We don’t like to see artificial sugar as the second ingredient in a shake that’s supposed to help them slim down and live a healthier lifestyle. This simply does not make sense.

After we got past these issues, we were happy to find that it does offer a good amount of nutrients – 50 percent of many daily values and a unique herbal appetite suppressant which has proven results.  We also liked the taste and variety of flavors in RightSize Smoothie.

However, we have heard RightSize has had some trouble keeping customers happy. There are a variety of complaints on the web stating it was hard to get off automatic shipping with this company, but we do not have any first-hand experience on this matter. Please let us know what you think about RightSize and if you have any positive or negative experience ordering these shakes!

I ordered a free sample from tv and later received two cans of it and was billed 118.00 i tried calling multiple times to have them canel, they would not answer. Finally after they said it was too late to return it. SCAM. If you’re going to buy it buy it from a store.

I ordered these smoothies in December and there was basically no instructions how to properly use them, with the exception of add 1 scoop of powder to 8 oz of liquid. I tried numerous times to call their number to cancel and send it back and was placed on eternal hold. I have continued to try to get in touch with them so they will not auto ship and continue to charge my bank account, but with no avail! Very frustrated with this company!

  • Julie says:

Well, thanks, everyone! I’ve been trying to find something that will help me start losing weight AGAIN, but it won’t be this item. Whew! Thanks again!

I’ve been using Right Size Smoothies off and on for about 4 months. I’ve lost close to 10 lbs. I like to throw a couple of York Peppermint Patties in just to mix up the flavor or a banana, strawberries or even raspberries. I also make a larger shake than they suggest. A friend of mine gave me 2 containers of the vanilla because he wasn’t losing any weight on it.

But because I won’t join any auto ship clubs. I found that CVS.com & Amazon.com carry the product and you can buy just the Right Size Smoothie Mix. You can find coupons online to use and they sell it for any where from 35% to 50% less a tub.

To me, why would anyone ever want to join an auto ship club that is a nightmare to cancel. If you really want to purchase the Right Size Smoothie Mix you really should spend just a little time on either on Bing or Google and do some homework. You’ll be a lot happier you did.

I order some rightsize smoothies two weeks ago, and I paid extra to have it ship to me much sooner, but I have not received anything yet. You can bet that I am highly disappointed, wish I could some how get my money back. The T V commercial started off with 10$, but to get it ship to me sooner, ended up costing me $40, and that have been ten days ago and I am still waiting, so much for honesty.

  • Juanita mack says:

I was told that it cost only $10.00 but now they are charging my credit card $89.90 a month. So I’m canceling my order with them .
