Summary: Myoplex became popular as part of the old ‘Body By Jake’ programs. These products have done well in the past, but Myoplex contains a large of amount of fillers that our staff has never heard of and that won'[t appeal to a modern consumer. Myoplex has a solid amount of protein, 20 grams, and also has great nutritional value (over 50% RDA in many cases), but we won’t recommend pre-packaged products with unpronouncible chemicals and preservatives.
