Minus soy, our staff loves vegan blends but fundamentally believes they should cost less than similar premium whey offerings. We found the ingredients in Garden of Life Raw very solid. Containing 26 superfoods from RAW organic seeds, sprouts and greens, RAW Meal provides 17 grams of protein (per avg scoop), and lots of solid fiber. Raw Meal also offers 20 vitamins and minerals, providing at least 100% of the Daily Value of 16 key nutrients. Overall we believe this to be decent value, although we were hoping for a lower price point for this vegan blend. Nutritionally, it’s a powerhouse and this could outweigh the cost — that is, if you can get this shake down, and we mean “If”.
