Summary: Although we always feel like cutting whey protein with soy or anything else is a shortcut to lesser quality ingredients we thought this shake had some other angle to it as it’s marketed to women. Maybe it’s the overload of Biotin (used to increase metabolism) but we feel this is much too much to be absorbed efficiently in your system. With little nutrients we believe there are better options for the money.
